ZINKIA Entertainment, S.L., (collectively referred to hereinafter as "ZINKIA”, “we," "us," or "our"), domiciled at Calle Infantas, nº 27, Madrid, Spain, issued with Tax Identification Codenumber (“CIF”) B-82659061, and registered at the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Tomo 15.359, Folio 75, Hoja M-257615, owns and operates the sites www.zinkia.com, www.pocoyo.com, the Contact E-mail: host@zinkia.com, and the web pages themselves www.zinkia.com, www.pocoyo.com.

As owner responsible for the automated data files derived from such websites, ZINKIA would like to make it known to the users of its web pages its policy for the protection and use of personally identifiable information, which will be applied in case the users decide to fill in any form at www.zinkia.com, and www.pocoyo.com which collects personally identifiable information. ZINKIA, in compliance with Ley 34/2.002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, (Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), under no circumstances will send to the users of its web pages any publicity, advertising or promotional material without having first been requested by said users to do so, or having obtained from said users their prior consent. ZINKIA informs the users that they will be able to exercise their legal right to oppose to receiving such promotional materials following the instructions given when asked to give their consent, or through written communication to: host@zinkia.com.

With respect to personally identifiable information from users aged under 18, ZINKIA guarantees that it will not use this information for purposes inadequate with their age, and that it will take very carefully into account said age, knowledge, awareness, and maturity of said target population, never asking for any information relative to or related to the economic situation or privacy of the members of their families.
